Refund Policy

At Ristorante Luca, we want to guarantee your satisfaction while ensuring clear and transparent management of your reservations and orders.

Reservation cancellations

  • Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled date.

  • In case of late cancellation (less than 24 hours) or no-show, a flat fee or the full amount of the reservation may be charged, particularly for groups.

Takeaway orders

  • Takeaway orders must be collected within the agreed time slot.

  • If the order is not collected, it may be cancelled without the possibility of a refund.

Events and special services

  • For events or services requiring a deposit, the deposit is non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by us.

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds

  • Refunds, when accepted, are made via the same payment method used for the booking or order.

  • Reimbursement times may vary depending on the banks or payment providers.
