At Ristorante Luca, we want to guarantee your satisfaction while ensuring clear and transparent management of your reservations and orders.
Reservation cancellations
Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled date.
In case of late cancellation (less than 24 hours) or no-show, a flat fee or the full amount of the reservation may be charged, particularly for groups.
Takeaway orders
Takeaway orders must be collected within the agreed time slot.
If the order is not collected, it may be cancelled without the possibility of a refund.
Events and special services
For events or services requiring a deposit, the deposit is non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by us.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds
Refunds, when accepted, are made via the same payment method used for the booking or order.
